Start with a task

Edit the text and categories to fit your work.

01

Add the text to organize

Each row receives one suggested category.

One message per line, up to 200 rows. Paste support messages, email summaries or feedback.

02

Define your categories

Describe the task in your own words.

One category per line. Use “Name: description” to distinguish similar options.

Include “Other” or “Human review” for messages that need a closer look.

03

Ready to classify

Review the text and categories, then process each row.

“Show an example” uses preset illustrations, not measured model outputs. A connected Open-Jev service is required to classify your own text.

Your input is sent to the connected Open-Jev service only when you select “Start classification”. This page does not save your content in browser storage.

04

Review and download your results

Download the completed results as a CSV.

A category probability describes how the model distributes probability among your options. It is not a guarantee of correctness. Review important results.

Save settings or connect your own tools

How do I connect a model?

If no model is connected, follow the quick-start guide to run Open-Jev on your computer or server. Open this workbench from the service address to classify your own text.
